On Start

According to UCI Rules for NcupJ. Teams shall comprise of 6 riders, year of birth 1993 – 1994.

Requirements for the Start

All according the rules of the UCI properly registered riders have to prove one’s possession of the license for the year 2011.

Regulations

The race will comply with the rules of the UCI and the regulations of this Schedule. The race will be under way in conditions of partly limited road traffic under supervision of the traffic police. All participants have to follow the provisions of the law Nr. 361/2000 (statute-book). Further they have to follow directions of organizers, commissaires and police. Everyone takes part in the race on his own risk, the organizer is not responsible for any damage incurred to them or caused by them. The organizer reserves the right for necessary technical alteration against the Schedule in case of contingencies. The permissible transmission for riders is 7.93 meters!

Team Cars

For the first stage will be the order decided according to UCI Rules, art. 2.14.046. From the second stage the cars will be ordered according the placing of riders in the competition of individuals. In the 1st part of the 3rd stage (individual time trial), the team car may be used to accompany each individual rider. The organizer will provide 3 neutral service cars.
